My name is Zita, welcome to my website!
I have a Bachelors of Applied Science (Psychology) from RMIT and am half way through a Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy at ACAP.
I’ve worked as a virtual assistant since 2013, under the guise of an internship for a Clinical Psychologist. Since 2018, I’ve then branched out and started taking on clients who are running or wanting to start their own business.
My clientele have been people starting up their business in the health industry (mindfulness meditation, essential oils and healthy eating), coaches, entrepreneurs and authors.
I’m not currently taking on new clients at the moment, but I have experience with:
- Social media management
- Customer service
- MailChimp and ActiveCampaign management
- Infusionsoft/Keap
- Kajabi and Teachable
- Setting up Dropbox, Evernote and Google Drive
- Using Google Forms, Docs and Sheets
- Video editing
- eBook design
- Basic graphic and logo design
